I have known Gilbert for over 9 years and have used his service personally and referred many friends and neighbors to him. So happy to see that he owns his own business now. He really knows what he’s doing and goes to great lengths to locate and seal any and every entry points for rodents. He’s very responsive and easy to communicate with, is very knowledgeable and happy to share information with you. He and his team , Andres and Spencer are pleasant and polite, work hard and are very neat (something I greatly value). If you’ve need help with rodents or have been disappointed with other services Ratman is for you!

I finally called a professional after I couldn't manage the rat in my attic that became too smart for my different kinds of traps. Gilbert, the Ratman, was really responsive and came out to inspect all of the house and see where the rat could be getting in. All of the possible entry points have been sealed off and the rat can no longer get in. Gilbert was very friendly and honest with what really needed to be done rather than trying to sell us a bunch of things we didn't really need. Even though one entry point required more work than initially expected, Gilbert still charged us the same price and he guarantees he will come back for free if the rats ever do chew through anything and get back in within a year.

I had a rodent problem that needed immediate attention so I called Ratman Pest and Termite Control. Gilbert responded quickly coming to my house and doing a inspection. He explained the treatment plan and process, quoted me with a reasonable price and got started right away. My rodent problem was immediately under control.
