He was very responsive with intial visit. Do not be fooled by non- licensed companies that claim to be experts the Ratman is the real deal.

I've been experiencing a rat problem for many years living at my grandmother's house. Had many different companies come out to give me estimates, from insulation companies to unlicensed rodent companies. Insulation companies told me in order to take care of the problem I needed to remove all of my insulation, even though over 95% of my insulation was clean. They told me something about "scents and pheromones" . They promised to do rat proofing and trapping even though they're not licensed to identify or set rat traps. I also called one of the leading rodent companies, and they also recommended the same thing, but they also recommended putting a concrete rat slab underneath the house. Both these companies estimated over $10,000. I found Gilbert, the owner of Ratman Pest and Termite control, he came and gave a free inspection and estimate. What sets Gilbert apart from the competition is his thoroughness and his hustle. My husband and I have tried everything to rodent proof our homes - we have followed all of the recommendation of Contra Costa County Vector Control: including removing vegetation near the house, adopting feral cats, installing weather strips by our garage doors, and using 1/4 inch metal to block all access points. We thought we were good, but a few months later we heard scratching noises in the walls. We called out two private Rodent companies, but they could not identify any access points, so we "ignored" the scratching we heard didn't do anything. Fast forward to now, and to my horror, a mouse appeared in the hallway late at night while I was browsing the internet on the computer.
